If you are experiencing issues acclimating your horse to our products and cannot find the answers you need in the Help Center, we would love to see how we can assist. If we cannot help, or you need to swap out for a different size, we offer a 30-day return policy for all orders placed in the US and Canada. Just reach out with the information below, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship your items back to us!
