How do I initiate a return?Updated 3 days ago

Before you return any items, get in touch with us first! We have years of experience with the GreenGuard muzzle and have developed almost all of the accessory products ourselves so that we can help! 


If you are still having difficulty, simply take a couple of photos of the muzzle and halter on your horse with their head up directly from the side and email us a description of your issue. We will get back to you with some suggestions. In the worst-case scenario, you can still return it if we can't get it to work! 


We are happy to accept a return within 30 days for any reason. If the product has been used, please thoroughly clean it before shipping it back. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after receiving the returned items.


FOR A FULL REFUND: 

E-mail us at [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will email you a pre-paid return label to ship your returned item(s) to us. Please clean all items before returning

PREP YOUR RETURN:

  • Any returned muzzles must include all four (4) muzzle straps.

  • Undo any straps from the muzzle and halter before shipping.

  • Clean any dirt or hair from used items.

  • Include the original packaging/packing slip if possible.

  • Order number must be included in or on the package.

  • Use an appropriately sized bag or box. Do not bend or squish the muzzle/other product in a too small package.

You can print your label for new items that are still in their original packaging using the instructions below.

NOTE: If your returned items are no longer new and/or in their original packaging, we must create a return label for you. Please let us know if this is the case.

If you cannot print a shipping label at home, you can also return packages in person at the post office by presenting the clerk with the Return ID number or barcode below.
