Oh no!

Make sure to double-check your mailbox area, as packages are sometimes hidden in strange places like behind bushes or items on a porch (we even had a customer find a package in the back of her pickup truck). If you can’t find it there, check in with neighbors to ensure they have not received the package. 

You can also reach out to your local mail carrier. We have had items say they have arrived only to show up the next day. Hopefully, it will show up, but please contact us if you are still looking for it in the next 24 hours.
