How do I initiate a return?Updated 10 months ago

Before you return any items, get in touch with us first! We have years of experience with the GreenGuard muzzle and have developed almost all of the accessory products ourselves so that we can help! 

If you are still having difficulty, simply take a couple of photos of the muzzle and halter on your horse with their head up directly from the side and email us a description of your issue. We will get back to you with some suggestions. In the worst-case scenario, you can still return it if we can't get it to work! 

We are happy to accept a return within 30 days for any reason. If the product has been used, please thoroughly clean it before shipping it back. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method after receiving the returned items.

INSTRUCTIONS: 

E-mail us at [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will email you a return form and a prepaid return label to ship your returned item(s) to us. Please clean all items before returning. A $10 cleaning fee may be deducted from your refund if items are dirty.
