Can I return a product I purchased at a trade show?Updated a year ago

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any item. If your item is still new in the package, we can also accept a return outside of the 30-day window. 

If you have your receipt from the show you can email that to us, if not, send the information below to [email protected]. Once we have your information, we will issue a return label if you are within 30 days of purchase and send you a return form. For new items outside of the 30-day window, you are responsible for return shipping. The GG Equine Return Form must be included in the package with your returned items so we can look up your purchase and issue your refund.
