Can I return a product I purchased at a trade show?Updated 2 months ago

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any item. If your item is still new in the package, we can also accept a return outside of the 30-day window. 

If you have your receipt from the show you can email that to us, if not, send us the information below to [email protected]. Once we have your information, we will issue a return label if you are within 30 days of purchase. For new items outside of the 30-day window, you are responsible for return shipping. Please include the information below, or your filled-out receipt, in the package with your returned items so we can look up your purchase and issue your refund.
